I ordered the Princess Fairy (Michele Marsden kit) on the craft extravaganza show on Sunday as it was reduced from £39.99 to £10.99, just checked my order
status and it is on back order!
If they are clearing stock is it likely to come back again and at the craft extravaganza price? Does anyone have any experience of this back order process?

I find everything shows on back order these days. I would have thought it would have changed to despatched by now as the item is still being shown today so
can't be out of stock.

I just ordered that one today, and no I havent but will check my status later, as it isn't very easy getting round their site at the moment.

Yes I have had this several times but it usually changes quite quickly. There delivery times have improved recently so hopefully
you wont have to wait too long. Keep checking. Yvonne |

I ordered this about 1 1/2 weeks ago and it was on back order. Phoned them on Monday to ask what that meant and they told me that they might be a problem with
the stock or it might not have been sent yet but they cant check. Then was watching C&C a bit later and it was on again with free P&P and I have paid
£5 postage so was very naughty and phoned and cancelled the order on Monday evening and ordered it this morning for free P&P - how cheeky is that. But
then I thought if they cant be bothered to get something posted quickly then tough on them!

I ordered it Monday night, and could not understand why, if they were clearing the warehouse, it was on backorder. To my mind, clearance stock and backorder
are a contradiction in terms.
The other thing I am brassed off with, is not being given Members discount. I tried several times to order the 15 x 15 cm cards, but it kept charging me full price, so I ended up deleting the order altogether.

And still it is on back order! I've e-mailed for an explanation and received an auto response stating I will get a reply to my query within 7 days!
