I have been trying to order the oriental ladies set since 9pm - its driving me mad!!!!!!!!

HI MARION
WHEN YOU GO INTO THE ORDER TO CHECK IT HAS BEEN ORDERED SOMETIMES IT GOES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.SO YOU DON'T SEE IT. THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. HOPE THIS HELPS FROM DEBBIE

It took me well over 45 minutes to order the oriental striped foil cardstock. Don't they realise that the frustration will really put you off trying again

people went out the collect their littlies from school?

I always find it depends on what the product is as to whether the C & C site is running at snails pace or not. Today I tried to order something for my son
whilst he was at school, but because the Glitter Girls were on the site had come to a standstill!! I finally managed to order it when I came back from picking
him up from school when there was no live show on
C & C. The only trouble with waiting is that the product you want may have sold out (luckily the ones I wanted were still available). |

well i finally managed to order my Oriental Ladies kit and set of 3 scissors at 12:20 last night lol i told you i wasnt giving up lol, on the upside iv just
checked my order status and they both say dispatched so its not all bad, i hope you all managed to order yours

I managed to order the Oriental card kit about 3:30 this morning - sometimes good things come from not being able to sleep during the wee small hours!

Still waiting for them to put money into my account from the 9th March after numerous contacts with them........not a small ammount £56 they keep telling me it
will take 4 to 5 working days, nothing as yet.

Did you all know that if you order off ideal world you do not get your club dicount and as i could not get on C&C website i had to do this , i was told
that you can only get it from C&C and i am annoyed about this as its a craft week and we should be able to use both sites with ease, also joannas &
christines stamps were not on the c&c website yesterday only ideal world so that was a con for a start, (sorry joanna) should have got them from your site
but thought i would still get my 10percent, well i will not order again on craft week as they are not fair, and its time they sorted the c&c website out.

I'm annoyed! I sky+ today's show with Paul Church while I was at work, and lo and behold when I watched the show when I got in from work the ladies and
shoe decoupage had sold out. No surprise there then. When I phoned the order through they said they would be getting some more in next week, the only thing is
that if I order it next week I'll have to pay p&p. Damn. Why can't they order more stock. They knew the products were going to be popular.
