Thank goodness it is the 1st July, June has always been my favourite month but in the last few years it has become a sad month for our family. Just hope it lasts so the builders can get on with the garage roof. Hubby and I are off to our grandaughter's school this morning to watch the dress rehearsal of a play she's in. We can't go when the play is actually on so she asked her teacher if we could go today instead and she said ok. Really nice of her but then her school is like that. Sheila

Off to first re-hab today so soon be back to work I hope - well 2 weeks anyway. Have put together my craft stuff to go to Spain at the weekend so I'll have something to chill out with out there when we go in a month - not that I don't just enjoy sitting and looking at the views. Hope that all of you that have things to do you'd rather not be doing will get through unscathed and those that are doing things they want to do enjoy them beyond expectations. Hugs to all Marion W

It's a grey, windy, damp and misty day, but it's not too cold out. The swallows were working hard yesterday, flying in and out of the garage to their nest. Posts: 2801 (01/07/2008 10:14:44) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	morning from a sunny Hull, we are still at home but are going up to HRI later so Scott can have a blood transfusion because his HB level was down, being at home means im busier with Scott because of his medications, we were doing well before this latest stint and had gotten down to a total of 6mls a day across 2 medications, we now have 43mls across 4 medications, the only problem is that postassium is at 7mls 3 times a day but because he is being sick with that amount i have now spread it out to 6 times a day, so all i seem to do is give medication, im also trying to get him to drink his blackcurrant with some duocal in so he can have some extra calories but again because he had been having it without im back on syringing, il be having nightmares next about syringes, on the good side through the night he had a 6 hour break in his oramorph instead of 4 so il will be trying 6 hourly today, so i can have a couple more hours of sleep tonight (fingers crossed - we seem to be doing that a lot lately)
