Good for your Suzanne. While travelling over to take a phone to my daughter (unfortunately still via my son) i was listening to a song and i just had to play
it over and over again and it has boosted me to get on with some changes. If you can get to listen to Garth Brooks singing The River, (from what i can find out
at the mo that's what its called) I would have said it was called The Vessel, i recommend it. I know Garth is a Country Singer but if you don't like
country don't let that put you off as this isn't what you would immediately call country, if you see what i mean.
The words are really (not sure of my English at this point lol) profound, thought provoking etc, that's why i had to keep playing it, because more kept sinking in as i listened. Sorry to have rambled and waffled but really did want to try and get this across, maybe there are other songs out there that do the same for others, but this one really it home today. I`m pleased I didn`t delete the post now as I was going to - I have been feeling low and the highs of the Hilton / crafting thrown in too and like many have
said it just takes days like this to snap you out of things
I used to hate seeing the old avatar of me - not Erin as it didn`t feel like me , so i`m pleased to have a rare photo of me half smiling , but that`s how Erin and Kris make me feel - so seeing it up here will only bring positive thoughts I have been to Tesco`s this evening as the fridge and cupboards that were bare are now stocked with only healthy things - so i`m feeling confidient about everything at the moment Thanks for all the support - it has meant a lot both on here and in private Suzanne |

Suzanne when I read your post earlier I wanted to answer but Yuku being what it is has kept me away all day, I now see that everyone else has said all the
things I would have. So I just want to say, do what you feel is right for you and if that means losing weight then good for you but don't beat yourself up,
you have a happy family life and that means so much.
You will continue to have good and bad days but here's to more good than bad and I wish you every success, and please send some of your new positivity over here I could do with some. Jenny x |
