It looks good - current price (as far as I can see is $141.99) which is around £71.46.
Don't know who will stock it in the UK. Jan x |

ooh I like!!!
Just checked their website too, seems they have a patent pending for it and have made a deal with making memories to distribute world wide, so I guess we'll be seeing it on qvc or ideal world/c&c at some point. Liza |

Saw it and had a quick play in Anahiem in Feb - last time we went to the USA for a Craft Exhibition. Its a bit like a Cricut machine but you place the unit
where you want it to cut on the paper yourself

Sorry to disappoint but it's priced at £120 in the UK and will only cut shapes between 1/2 & 4" Originally there was supposed to be pc software
to make your own designs but I've seen no reference to it lately, only carts. Great for those with storage issues but I suspect most would be better off
with a cricut, specially if you have SCAL software.

I think that I read somewhere that it has memory cards that you can buy but also blank ones that you can put your own stuff on.

Wow, how did you find that? Where can we get one? How much is it?
I wonder if Joanna will consider stocking it? It seems like something we are all going to want. Thanks for showing it Sandra |

Not sure if I can post a link to the shop that is taking preorders, but it's due this month @ £120 For those going to Newbury I would imagine there will
be a demo going on. I've been hearing about it now for best part of 12 months and they dont point to it being all it could be so would strongly recommend
you see all it can do and how easy it would be to do it yourself before buying. Shame no uk shop is promoting SCAL as it really does knock the spots off of
other entry point electronic diecutters. I havent seen the knk or pazzles in action to know if they are worth the extra compared to the expressions with SCAL
though. The new cricut embossing/engraving tool could swing it for some.

Watched the video sometime back and fell in love with the idea of being able to place it where you wanted and cut the size you wanted, and would appear very portable too. Oh the joy of being able to cut a circle exactly where you wanted it on a piece of card, or around a circular image without a pin-hole in the middle of it, or having to resort to scissors ! (Guess what I have been trying to do today!)I have a load of shapes with cutters - ovals, hexagons, heart, etc - but no round ones - only my adjustable compass type circle cutter. Mags |
