Here's a rose to go with it Mary...
The lily is amazing. We have tried to grow them but the lily beetles get them before they have a chance to come out. |

What a couple of stunning flowers - I have a hibiscus bloom - just one out at the moment and it`s wonderful to see - they bring such joy

  pictures of some roses in bloom at the moment, the white one
just has a blush of pink it is really pretty, the orangy peachy one has a really strong fragrance that wafts in through the kitchen window

Beautiful colour lily, I have orange ones in flower right now, and two pots of other colours in heavy bud. Later on my oriental ones will give of a lovely
smell. Thing is with lilies, you either love the smell or hate it. I love it!! Of course have to go round cutting the stamens off because I waas told that the
pollen is poisonous to cats. Dont know if its really true, but do it to be on the safe side anyway. S. xx

You are right about cats and the lillies. The pollen is poisonous to them, so if it gets on their coats it is very dangerous.
