they are not happy for him to travel in a car incase something happens that shouldnt,
so that is one week of hospital stay but im not sure which one he will be in,
i will add an update later
UPDATE
Scott has been started on antibiotics and is spending the night at Hull Royal,
we expect that he will be transferred to St James tomorrow where he will stay until next thu,
im not sure wether the stem cell harvest will go ahead tomorrow,
we will swap parents on sunday after my housework blitz,
please dont worry about him,
temperatures are par for the course
and absolutely normal for our latest everyday life
2nd UPDATE
Scott has been moved down to HDU as a precautionary measure
he has had a comfortable night,
treatment was a 100 fluid bolus (saline given into his hickman line is normal for a temp so high), he also needed sugars so had some dextrose,
because he is appears to stablised i do think he will be transferred but wont get this confirmed till later,
his temp is now at a more reasonable 37.9
3rd UPDATE
Scott has a line infection - no surprise there,
Hull Royal are a little concerned about his heart rate with regard to transferrring him,
(OH said it was 152, this to me is normal when he is poorly)
so it looks like he stays in Hull tonight but will be transferred tomorrow because consultant wants to crack on with chemo
