but feeling very weak . i have been in bed for much of the last 8 days with a chest infection and sickness bug . lost 1/2 stone and my sugar levels are all
over the place

Tina, pleased to hear you are feeling a little better, but you need to take it easy for a while. I know we all want to get rid of some weight but that was
rather a drastic way to do it!!!
Hope that you have got on top of the infection now and sort out you blood sugar. Take care of youself and take things easy with love Kate x |
