debate: crafting or housework

Sadly, if I have paying guests due, then housework it is - my crafting table is the dining table, and although we eat outside morning and evening at this time
of year, I still need to keep everything presentable - Oh, how I long for the winter months with no customers!!!!!!! Then you can't see our table for
crafting... and it is a 12 seater table
Need to get everything out next week though, hubbys' birthday fast approaching!! No bookings, so all ok, just son coming for a freebie holiday

Let me think ..... I work full time and I don't want to spending my weekends doing housework. I tend to do the minimum so that the house doesn't look
too unkept. It's enough just to keep the washing and ironing under control. My son's moving to Essex in a couple of weeks (that's about an
hour's drive away from us) so we'll be visiting him at weekends. I dread to think when I'm going to be able to craft then. I wish I had more me
time. Woe is me!! x x x

I would normally agree, with all the animals we have, why bother. However we have a very nice lady coming over this afternoon to leave her guinea pig with us
while she goes away for a week, so the place will have to be tidy!

Oh dear - poor Joanna - it's all those tv presentations on top of the normal work load that done it I think! Perhaps if we put her on the hugs thread and

Haven't done any H*******k since last September - the cleaning elves used to do it - but they aren't coming any more - need the money I used to pay
them to pay my uni fees - so I may have to get aquainted with a v****m c*****r and m*p again. Shame really - there's lots of things I would rather be
doing.

Well I can do housework successfully but I don't always to craft work successfully like getting a big blob on a card or seeing the matting and layering is
not straight when is has really stuck down so it depends but I still can't do my fun things until house is clean and tidy . Guilt complex !

i would rather craft than do housework, but i have to have my house clean and tidy always. So i only craft when the housework is done. I would rather be with
my doggy than anything, so i craft when he is sleeping after his walk.
