What a joke this channel is.
You can tell its a craft POTD.
Tried to order Michele's CD - website is experiencing heavy traffic and then when you can enter the number, you are told no products found.
Wish they would get their act together !!!!

Frustrating isn't it. I tried to place an order on the lsat programme on Sunday and couldn't get on. Want to order this cd as well but it's hopeless. I agree that's it's about time they got their ACT TOGETHER. It would be nice if they apologised about the problems they have with the website.

If I could get it somewhere else I would. Half of the items that I ordered last Tuesday are still on back order. |

I managed to order the potd its not to bad now, also my orders from last week were on backorder, but i have recieved evrything now.

Speaking of the POTD (which I would like but spent too much last weekend) ........

l ordered the POTD at 4.30pm today just got in before it sold out at 6pm like angela l still have one on back order from free p.p week so wonder which one will
come first

You may be in for a long wait on C&C getting their website sorted for large volumes oftraffic, having expressed my frustration to a computer programmer (he
has done coding for banks etc so large heavy accessed databases) he said that if they had not rolled back to their old system as soon as they had troubles then
they had probably deleted the old to put the new system on(i will not repeat his comments about this!), as for the heavy traffic if it could not be solved by
adding on a few servers (which would just be buying a few bits of hardware and sticking them on) then its down to the code and that will depend on what the
programmers got told to write. Now he is guessing the company went for the cheap option(quote) and thus some serious re-writing will need to be done for it to
cope with the huge volumes of traffic it gets on potd's etc - so it depends on who they are getting to rewrite it.

CnC web site will be completely re-done within the next 6-8 weeks so I was told on Monday and there should be a big improvement on what is currently available,
some of the new features sounded really good to me and that was direct from the guys in Ideals web team.

Must admit if c&C website is busy - I order via IW and have no problems - but it doesn't matter to me as I am not a C&C member so I have a choice.
Ok I probably could have saved some money over past year, but have always got eveything quickly and no hassle as it always seems to me that the people that
have problems are those that are members of the club.
