What a terrific episode to end the series on. Can't say I understood all that was going on, but who cares, TWO Doctors and John Barrowman!!!
Can't wait for the Christmas special!

Excellent show - so many cross references to other episodes in other series - a delight for all the fans.
I did guess that the hand had a big part to play from last week's episode! |

Yes it was a fab show. Must admit I got a bit lost as well. I can't wait for Torchwood now then the Christmas special. But who will be his next companion?

I agree with you all, the writers really came up trumps with this one. Bit sad about Doctor Donna though, almost had tears in my eyes, and poor doctor , all
alone again. Wonder if his daughter turns up at christmas to join him, she's the only new one I can think of that we've seen.

Absoloutly brilliant, I'm glad Donna didn't have to litteraly die in the end, and Rose got her doctor sort of. looking forward to christmas. I am very
happy David Tennant decided to stay a bit longer.

Yes, I totally loved it, as did the children and OH. I haven't been a great Dr Who fan in the past, but watched through last week's episode a couple of
times during the week and couldn't wait for last night's episode... yum

I thought it was great and very cleverly written to pull it all together with previous episodes. I think David Tennant makes a fantastic Dr Who (and just a bit
gorgeous with it
). Can't wait to see more of him
If it wasn't for the thought of all those Christmas cards still to be made I'd say roll on Christmas

Brilliant episode, must watch it again tonight. What was the background music playing, when the earth was being towed by the Tardis? Anybody know?

Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I didn't get lost, which surprised me somewhat as I was exhausted and lying in bed with poorly legs after helping Jo sort out her craft stuff! Still letting her buy more stuff from Joanna in my order with my 10% discount tho. I'm kind like that!!!!!! I was so pleased that Rose finally got her Doctor (of sorts), but so sad for Doctor Donna. Pleased Donna didn't die! Not sure about the music Veronica. Maybe it was specially written for the episode. Love Jill x

Everybody in my family was absolutely glued to the set. It was a brilliant end to the series - worthy of being made into a film.
Can't wait while Xmas except I must admit, grown up as I am now, I still don't like Cybermen! Helen S X |

At the risk of being shot down I have seen better episodes. I felt that they tried to cram too much into it and the usually tongue in cheek script become much
more Flash Gordon than it has been with David Tennant. But as you say 2 doctors and Captain Jack were enough to hold me. An enjoyable and watchable episode
nonetheless but perhaps the ususal clever storylines have obviously spoiled me over recent series. As for the next companion how about the woman from the
library episodes who obviously had more than a small connection with the Doctor. Hugs Marion W

Thoroughly enjoyed it. I must admit to not being Catherine Tate's biggest fan, but did have tears in my eyes at the end. So glad fairly happy ending,
except for the Dr. Love Linda

I thought it was a brilliant episode and pulled in lots of the things that were never quite explained. I am glad that Donna did not literally die but I bet
this can be used in the future someway or another. Fabulous is all I can say. But I am going to watch the repeat again and Doc confidential as I missed it
this week.
Oh yes well the dinner was late as no way was I serving it up during the program!!! |

fantastic episodes. have to say though that our full household were disapointed that Donna did not die. We are not fans at all. Would have been gutted if
anyone else had bit the bullet though. loved all the tongue in cheekness of it all. My 15 year old seemed to regress to a seven year old which was very
strange to watch.
