read a few notes from a few of you, all seems very friendly and helpful, and would, if you don't mind like to join in, has anyone heard of my dilema with C+C membership before, have been a member for two years, and needed to re-new last month, tried to do this via the link on the reminder e-mail, unfortunately wouldn't work, don't get home from work early enough to ring help line, anyway thought I would go on site + check out an old issue, wouldn't let me on, so after numerous attempts, finally e-mailed them, only to be told I'm no longer a member, and although I paid two years subscription to access these issues, cos I haven't renewed, I can no longer do this, had a day off work, so managed to ring + speak to Mary-Ann (who sent e-mail) but after going through it with her, still got the same answer, I did tell her that I wasn't happy with the attitude towards myself only to be told I was no longer a member so they didn't have to look after me anymore. I am most upset about this, if I didn't want to watch Joanne and a few of the others, I wouldn't even watch C+C channel anymore
