Hi everyone
Just thought I'd update you about problems with C+C membership, I e-mailed CEO at ideal world, about not being able to access magazines I'd already paid for, even though my memebership had lapsed, and customer service attitude, well would you believe it the customer service manager left a message for me to ring him today, and he couldn't apologise enough, and also said he would put that in writing to me, he said the member of staff would be dealt with, and Ideal world give me membership free for the next year, as compensation, that wasn't why I contacted the chief exec, but it shows that you shouldn't just accept what your initially told.
The manager also said he would speak to the head of the club magazine about members being able to access the magazines they have already paid for, even if they stopped subscribing, so lets hope he is true to his word
