No don't like it and I don't buy from C&C but if Joanna stocks things I like then I would not hesitate to buy them as the delivery is second to
none and the service is the best ever.

no i wont buy another one of them cdrom i got the last 4 and the craft room one and it stopped working on my computer at the time of installing the last lot i
dont know what they did to my computer but since i installed them i am unable to to use cricut design studio soft wear i took all the cc cd rom off and tried
reinstalling curcut but it wont work or will the cc cds now i will never buy another cd rom that stays on the hard drive

I have never had any trouble with the MCS cds on my PC personally

Well I shall confess that I did - mainly because I know how much Ikklewol likes using them when she comes round, as she finds them really easy to use, but also
because I do like playing about creating stuff with the programmes. (I did say after the celebration one, I would't buy anymore - but decided a Christmas
one would be useful).

i would have like to buy it but i only only cope with a easy cd, see it on the screen and print it. i cannot cope with all the extras you have to do. its a
pity, because it looks great. never mind, i have Joanna 2 christmas cd, robert addams, 2 sara's cd including the vintage one, so thats five. i think that
is enough but..............................if Joanna brings a new christmas one - i shall buy it without question

No much prefer Joanna's CD's. Still have lots of beautiful images to use. Another thing is that Joanna's don't take up valuable space on your
computer like the C & C ones do. Chrissie x

I'm still waiting for last Thurs POTD to be despatched . Since yesterday afternoon order status isshowing as awaiting despatch. Had the original MCS and
was very disappointed with it. I think the the undo and redo button should have been on from the first cd.
I know lots of peeps have found the great but alas they're not for me. Sandra

I feel so sad when I hear people waiting for items from IW / C&C. I have bought quite a few things and have never waited more than a few days for any of
them, even things shown as back order! Also when I was charged postage on a p&p day, I emailed and had an apology within 24 hours and then a refund. Am I
just lucky or are we only hearing when things go wrong?

i have ordered quite a few things from IW/C&C, and all have taken about 2 weeks to come apart from one i got in 4 days.

I have ordered it, once things got sorted it is easy now, I have been lucky lately I have not waited long for my orders, I sat there watching saying to myself
no no no, but at the end I could not resist, I just wish that young girl did not talk so fast, when she is showing on the computer, but I have got the hang of
them now.

I have the original My Craft Studio and had heaps of problems because at that time I was not on the Internet although I rang them and they gave me a code for
non-Internet users it still didn't work right. It was only when they bought out the updated one that loads onto the hard disk was I able to use it. I
then went direct and bought the Victorian one and was very disappointed at the content, don't think I will buy any others from that range.
As far a deliveries go from C&C/IDW I do not order from them anymore because of the problems not only with the delivery but trying to get myself understood by the person at the other end of the phone when trying to place an order. When the Ultimate board came out as a pick of the day (some time ago now) I ordered it but at the same time I did the system had gone down and the person on the other end said they would do it manually, I was to call back 4 hours later for the order ref. I did this and they said the item had sold out and my order had not been processed. I was so mad and in tears (because I wanted it so much) that I couldn't let it rest so I wrote to the Managing Director of IDW. I had a letter from his PA and said they were looking into it for me. Two weeks later I had a free Ultimate with their compliments. I always say go to the top. Lorraine x |

I've never had any problems really with C&C although delivery is no where near as fast as Sheenie Towers so I much prefer to buy from Joanna. I have
got a couple of MCS cds but I'm not keen on them. I only really use the cds I've got from Joanna, Glenda and Sharon so I'm sticking to them now

I liked the look of some of the images - but haven't enough space or RAM on my laptop to run it - so can't have it.
My last order from IW came within a week (by RM) - I find the delays are when stuff comes by courier. Liz |

I haen't bought this offer as I am still revelling in Joanna's Enchanted Christmas CD's. This will be my third Christmas playing with it. I do
still order from them, but just in small quantities, as I lost over £25 from a mixed-up order last June and never got any replies from my letters or emails. I
also phoned and after almost an hour of trying to explain to someone who I struggled to understand them and they struggled to understand me, I hung up in tears
of exasperation! Inspite of my bad experience, I still love watching the live programmes on C & C and I do still order from Create and Craft though, but
in small quantities. I would really miss C & C if it ever closed down.
