has anyone tried to order anything from C&C/IW today or last night?
Angry just isn't the word i would use and the words i would use would get me thrown off here for good so i am not going to use them.
We took down the numbers for the pinflair christmas decoupage,the christmas choice stack-its,the scrap-magic new designs and the magic of christmas POD.
we then went on the website.
We put in the order numbers and for the decoupage and stack-its it said no products found for these numbers.
So we had to order them on Q-cut without the reduction.
The POD we ordered on the website.
We had to order both sets of scrap magic because details wouldn't come up for what was in each set.
And we had to order the multi-buy for stack-its and decoupage this afternoon on Q-cut again because the number wasn't being taken again this afternoon.
And if you look at what is on on tv at the time on computer not all the products appear in the programme products list at the side of the screen.
If i could get my membership fee back from C&C i would but i suppose i shall just have to let it run its time and after that i shall just buy from them because it is not worth the hassle and if you try to order by phone and you are a club member, the staff get quite nasty and say you are not aloud to order by phone and should use the website to order, which is a laugh in itself.
All i can say is thank goodness for Joanna,Alan & Barry and others, they really put C&C to shame.
