Just come in after being out all day and my neighbour has just brought round a parcel
containing my Big Bite - hurray! loads of those grommit thingys with it, looks like fun.

mine came on saturday and my dads already managed to pull the rubber handle of it (i really dont know how lol) but he fixed it.
It is great im finally able to set eyelets youll love it Nicxx |

Well, mine came at 8.45 tonight! Poor guy tells me he's been to London, Brighton and here today, I hate to think of the speed he must have been travelling
at!!! But I mustn't complain, I have my Big Bite, and that's all I'm concerned with.

I am still awaiting mine. I checked my account last night and it was despatched on 3/7/08 so hopefully I should get it very soon.

Hi,
I ordered the big bite... dispatched on the 8th July and recieved 11th july, via a courier, better delivery then royal mail... once I waited a couple of weeks for a parcel, only to find out that the postman left it at the back door, and next door neighbour took it in... and forgot to give it to me lol hope you get yours soon... I love mine.. only used my eyelets don't want to waste the gromlets and eyelets that it arrived with amanda |

Still waiting i'm starting to give up that it will ever arrive. man from qvc said i should have had it on Thursday.

I am soooooooooooooooooo annoyed. I checked on Thursday and it said despatched 3/7/08. I checked again today and it said returned. I then called QVC and they
said it said on their system the courier had tried to deliver and we weren't there. I said that I am there every afternoon/evening and all day four days a
week and my edlest son who has finished school has been here most of the time when I'm at work and we've had no card to say that they tried to deliver.
She said my account would be refunded as of 11/7/08 so she kindly put the order through again, still giving the QVC TSV price rather than the current price,
and that it should be with me by 22/7/08. I shall put a note on my computer because if it's not they want to know and will have to sort my courier out.
