I used tapestry card for the box, shoe & card that the shoe's on. Oh, & I've put one of those beautiful diamonte buckles from Joannas shop on the strap! I've also pushed some perfumed cotton-wool into the toe, it smells gorgeous, but you'll have to take my word for that! Jan x
