Are you using a steam iron Ronnie, or iron while they are wet.

I use spray starch on my tablecloths when they're creased.

Try ironing them while they are slightly damp, otherwise hand them back to the person who sent them back creased! Let them cope with it.

Try putting them in the freezer while they are damp and then ironing them from frozen! I know this works for linen, and silk is put in the fridge before
ironing. Don't know if it will work on your tablecloths, but it can't make it any worse.....

All else fails, take them to the dry cleaners who have a very strong steam machine

Sounds as though they have a lot of polyester in them and have been dried in a tumbler dryer at a hot temp .Try soaking them in water and hanging out to drip
dry then follow the previous advice .
