I didn't see that show, but can only assume it will be an A4 sheet of card folded length ways to make it tall and slim

I didn't see show but if they are the ones C&C sell they measure 15cm x 30cm nice quality card as well.

 Oh so if they are 15cm x 30 cm you could use scrapbooking card
folded in half

The card when folded is 6" x12" - therefore you can use a piece of 12"x12"

Or alternatively use two pieces of A4, portrait position. On the first piece, if you have a score board, use the A4 half fold line, otherwise just measure
across approx 30cm, score down, then fold over. Wrap the fold over behind the second piece of A4, tape together then trim.
