I have had a mail from a customer who wants to buy some adhesive film that can be painted on. Does anyone know if something like this exists? None of the film
on the website would be any good for this.

how big would she want it the only thing i could think of but dont know if it would work the peel off film clear windows the sort you put flower behind you can
get them in all sizes and you should be able to paint on them

No that won't work Linda, we have that sort of thing on the website. It has to go on a neck of a guitar so would wear off fast

If it is go on the neck of a Guitar that is going to be played, thinking laterally, I would have thought decal type paper and then varnish over it to protect the decals from wear. Mind you could do with a similar thing for my missing letters on my keyboard! Mags |

Tina - Alan and Barry do adhesive film for Glass painting - perhaps that would help

Better painting off the project and using lazertran to put it where you want it. I think that would be more robust. Alison |

Thank you ladies so much. I emailed JS about this because I didn't like to ask on the forum for anyone to recommend something Joanna did not sell, so I am
very impressed to find Tina has asked for help from you all. My husband has been trying out various ideas, and is very impressed with you for your help, we are
looking at the film JS sells, but does anyone know where you can buy decal film from. Thanks in anticipation. He is getting on with the design for the guitar
and assembling the bits. He has the neck already which is why he wants the decal. Lots of love Linda

Linda wants to actually paint on it, not print and I am worried that this would wear off very quickly in the position that its wanted.
