Good morning from a sunny South Wales
 I have been up since 6am and
just about to hop in the shower before taking the dog to be clipped. While he is in I will be having a quick squint around my local craft shop  and a quick once round Tesco for something for dinner for my son. I am making
chicken and pineapple in the Actifry for OH and myslef but son doesn't like pineapple. His big high powered meeting in London with ministers went well
yesterday but he was shattered when he got in last night having had to catch the 6.10 am train 
Went to see Dad yesterday and he was very confused and not very good at all, bless him. Will go over later and take something nice for their tea
Just watching Joanna on tv at the mo, what a nice way to start the day

Morning all from a cooler Suffolk - thankfully as it was so stuffy last night
I have had a cold which went to my chest and has played my back up a bit - but although little sleep - things have eased - just want to get better so I can visit my Uncle in hospital - he broke his hip in 3 places and Friday when I saw him they said they are not going to operate as he was to old and because he has blood clot issues - he was gutted - I just want to be there for him but I know I have to get better first - don`t want to add to his problems Have a good day all Suzanne |

Morning, been up since 5.30 watched QVC and ordered some really funky Birkenstocks
Feel a lot better today, good job really as I am going to hairdressers this morning for roots, highlights, cut and blow.
