Woohoo, Enchanted Christmas CD has arrived. I am now going to set up hubby's pc to watch C&C for inspiration re Enchanted Christmas CD at 12.00.

I posted it last Tuesday at the PO but the idiot working there didn't stamp it. I'm going down there this afternoon. Secondly a woman called from a catalogue asking if I was still interested in the clothes I ordered but were out of stock. I replied yes, so she said, OK, let's see. "Oh we don't have the black but we do have khaki, or coral" No, thank you I replied. "We have white". I kind of lost it there, but didn't swear. "Now I will look what else you could buy". I won't go into this carry on but I was biting my tongue by this time. "OK" she says, "We'll see about the shirt you wanted". "Oh, we don't have that either" Now I lost my rag and asked her why the hell she bothered phoning. "Customer service". I replied it isn't really much of a customer service is you don't have the stuff in stock". I ended up hanging up while she was still wittering away.
