Has anyone shopped with them before? I thought I would give them a try instead of Tesco as I know Waitrose has good quality food. Got my first order coming

Yes my daughter has been shopping on line with them for a couple of years. I had never heard of them as we don't have them down here. She has always been
very happy with them.

I shop in Waitrose Tina, But as far as better quality - no. It is no different from any other supermarket and the veg and fruit sometimes is a bit not up to
standard, even though they boast that they have been voted best retailer in Europe for them. My pork joint this week was all fat and was not very pleased with
it. Will mention it when I go in again, when I pay a lot of money for a joint I expect it to be lean.

I have been using Ocado for quite a while. Their service is brilliant. I don't think I have ever not got what I ordered!

Used Ocado a while ago ( free delivery promotion). not impressed. Sell by dates - today! The main thing that concerned me was that the whole of my credit card
number was on the invoice the driver had - this may have changed but haven't used them since. tess x

Don't think Ocado deliver here, but I've used Tesco for over 3 years and had very few problems. Those I've had have been sorted quickly and
efficiently. I guess maybe different regions give different service as some of you seem to dislike them a lot! I couldn't manage without them and the
service and the delivery staff have almost always been excellent. Janet

I have used them previously they are o.k nothing to rave about the quality is the same, and they don't seem to have as many offers. I went online yesterday
to do some grocery shopping and being on a budget i have to shop around. Well i think the credit crunch has sent sainsbury's into a frenzy they have loads
of good offers on so they got my custom

What I was impressed with Ocado for, was the huge range of organic food. I always buy organic when I can and so this weeks shopping is pretty much all organic

Just had my delivery and I am impressed with the quality, freshness and long use by dates, also very helpful delivery guy
