Went to Mums for my usual overnight visit on Tuesday but she wasn't well at all so I decided I'd better stay and help her for an extra day or two. She's really low in mood which is worse because it's seven years today since we lost Dad. All of you who have lost your Dad will know how it is. Her freinds arrived yesterday for a 12 day visit so we're hoping that will perk her up a bit. We would really appreciate any positive thoughts going spare. To all the birthday girls and boys that I've missed - hope you had a good one. Have kept Scott and Nikki in my thoughts and prayers and of course everyone else who is suffering in any way. Take care.
