has anyone got the cute companions cd , and if so do you use them with the stamps or on there own with other projects.
i got it today and not sure about it now, any advice welcome , chris x |

Chris, I have the cd and one set of stamps. I have only made 2 cards using the stamps which are in my albums (birthdays) but I think they are worth having.
I've no doubt that I will make many more. I also used one of the backing papers from the cd to make the card with the dress and handbag. I like the smaller
designs on the backing papers on this one.

You can use it with any stamps...tilda, bears etc...all look nice , or similar decoupage images, doesnt have to be the mice ones
Have seen some lovely cards done with just the alphabet/ and or numbers from this cd and the backing papers. San x |

I originally bought the CD for the scenery landscapes that go with the stamps but there are extra backing papers on it which I've found useful with other
stamps too

thank you for your help. it also says on the back of the cd box download extra feature for this cd ,cant see where though or what it is

Hi Chris,
I have the CD and to get the free downloads all you have to do is go the Crafters Companion site and enter the "Product key:" which you will find on the back of the CD case. Hope you have lots of fun with your cd and should you want inspiration I have a card made with the alphabet in my images which might help getting your mojo running. Pauline x |

No Maureen it's the designs are Jayne Nestorenko's and they are really great designs.

The free download for this is the colourizer for the matching paper section.
go to the crafterscompanion.co.uk shop site then, Log in to the members section(put in your details/password), then click on inspirations. The very first one is the download for the cute companions. (click on the flower icon) Just follow the instructions on how to download it. There's other downloads for papers etc to the other CDs too Jayne has her own website with news and ideas too:) (the link is on the other computer, but you could try googling if you don't have it) hth:) San x |

i have both and only ever made one card it does go with the stamps but you could use the cd with other stamped images

Im having trouble knowing how the envelopes work- theres no outline or info tried emailing Crafter sCompanion but no joy- help component doesn't open
either.
I do like the mices and the themes- the balloons make wondeful invites and thank you and the verses are good Ann

Hi
I have the cd and 2 sets of stamps. Only made one card with it so far with the stamps but used backing papers for other cards. Ann have you got the Ultimate or Enveloper I found them easier for doing the envelopes. Hope that helps. Jenny x |
