Oh dear Anne, I do feel sorry for you. You could try googling "order of service" and hopefully something might come up that you can use. Us crafters are all the same. We just can't say no to anything. I've had to say no to making cards sometimes because I might get asked to make a card and when I say when do you want it for, they say tomorrow. That really annoys me. They think we're a shop. They don't realise all the work and thought that goes into making something. Then when you do make them a card you're frightened to charge too much as you feel bad, even though it's taken you hours to make. We're mad. My husband says to me "it's supposed to be a hobby". Don't take it too seriously. Easier said than done. Anyway Anne I hope you manage to sort something out. Let me know how you get on. Also, have you priced the job up?
