thanks June

I was wondering that. Not sure if the ones on C&C are true jumprings or just the slightly open rings that are so cheap in local shops.

I would imagine so - I got mine much cheaper from another craft outlet - C&C's price seems very high!

I bought some from Craft Central June and they are fine. I expect yours are the same but a lot cheaper from your bead shop. I thought they were quite expensive
from c & c. Chrissie x

Yes, I had a quick google and found them for the same price Sue.
makes c&c VERY expensive and I doubt they will be any better quality! The ones i found online were for jewelry. Sue xx |

If they work why sorry - and they are cheap enough to try the ones from your bead shop.

I bought some from a bead shop online and they were very cheap. I don't know why they are so expensive on C&C. They must get them a lot cheaper as they
buy in bulk x x

I dont think it matters, so long as you can attach them. I have some that came with some beads. I noticed too that some were a £1 on a website, then saw the
price on C & C. They know people want them ,so are getting back some of the free p& p. Ali x

Um. I made some myself by winding wire around a knitting needle (a fairly thick one as I wanted larger rings), then pulled off the spring' and cut up the
coils into rings. Just pushed them together as I used them. worked perfectly and cost almost nothing. I used a thickish wire, but sorry, don't know the
gauge. I pulled a ring I already had apart and judged the thickness from that. Made about 50 from one winding. Janet

Can I ask a really stupid question? What do you lot do with them. I know about shrink plastic
to make key rings etc, but what else. Jen. |

I went into our local key cutter who also does dog tags and asked if I could buy some. They said they didnt sell them but would give me some for £1. I got
silveer and gold and got plenty of them. Dont know if Id have the cheek to ask again tho.

I saw them on C&C and thought they sounded expensive. I bought 2 packets in Hobbycraft (not known for being particularly cheap!) on Monday for a total of
about £7.00 so I set about counting them - 399 in one packet and 400 in the other. So, roughly £1.00 for 100.
