I would often like to buy CDs other than Joannas, but I find that they use such gaudy colourways. Take the Articlious one today, the designs were lovely, but
the colours were naff What does anyone else think?

Hi, I agree some other CDs may not be nice colours, but I know I have most of Joanna's CDs, but I also have a good few other ones as well, think there are
still a lot of good ones out there. I like some of the Articlious ones, not all,but yes I like some of them, also like Michelle's CDs as well. Good job,we
are all different isn't,wouldn't do if we all liked the same.

On CDs that have backings with strong colours, just print them in draft, or set your printer intensity down...... it will make the colours less vibrant

I have Robert Adams and Artylicious CDs but hardly ever use them. Don't like the Explorer format at all and find them unnecessarily awkward to use. Have to
search to find what I want and especially with the RA ones, find the bits I want hard to find .
Having said that, I want to order the Artyilcious Christmas CD as I love the papers on cards I've seen and received (it's out of stock at the moment!!). Janet |

i have quite a few cd's (though not as many as some, lol.) and i use them all really, i find that when i'm doing a card i always have just the right
colour because i have a wide variety of cd's. crafters comp new ones have colouriser which makes it much easier to get just the right colour you want, i
have also just got pot pourri by cupcake which is great for the colour of inserts i needed, which i couldn't find on others i have. so i think there is
room for all of them, there are ones i wouldn't buy but someone else might like.

I've had other CD's apart from Joanna's but I've swapped or sold them as I never used them. I do like Joanna's style and the cards I make
always seem to sell. Some of the images on other CD's are a bit simplistic and the colours too bright. Each to his own though.

I have virtually all of Joanna's since they are so easy to use and they cover just about anything I could want! I do have Andy's CD (second one) which
is great for some occasions (like stepson just getting a new apprenticeship as an electrican
I do like having type-able inserts that match the image though.......... any chance of that being included on the next CD Joanna? C xx |
