I made 6 last night and did 5 toppers ready for the next batch. I'm aiming to have 50 made by the end of the month, then I need to do 50 per month after
that and I'll be finished by the end of November
Well that's the plan

Yes I am still in the Christmas card making mood and doing a few per week.
Today is Christmas in July in New Zealand. We would have been going out for Christmas Dinner tonight and the restaurants and pubs will all have their trees and decorations up. See what we are missing being back here lol Love Cynthia x |

Oh Lavvy, hello Lavvy, how are you? Isn't it lovely weather? (Okay, it's been raining here!) I think I'll just wander away to the naughty step,
I've been so busy lately I haven't even had time for the naughty step!!
Like Karin, I too am on school holiday, so I'm hoping to get up and running soon. Well, it is craft day on QVC tomorrow, all devoted to Christmas, so that should get me fired up!!

well done to kate, 65 cards and to keren, 39 cards. well i am in between you both. i have made 55 cards. i have not done the inserts yet but will do them
nearer christmas and i have not put the glitter in, that can be done nearer to christmas, but at least the hard work is done.
i have used wendys templates. the house turned into a church, postbox, door, christmas tree. used Joanna's cd's, both of the christmas cd's. i have used a lot of the religious pictures using the house/church template. its lovely to see all your favourite people items on one card. one topper i just love and thats from the cardmaker, the month January. the topper is the 3 girls in red coats. just love it. my parents had 3 girls and i have used that picture for both of my sisters christmas cards. happy crafting all love june b |

I don't know how many I've done but everytime there is a challenge involving xmas I do it so I've done one today and Cynthia's challenge this
week is a Christmas tag so hey that will be two more. No panic - yet!!!

Exactly 40................. but that's most of the close friends & family (except OH's) so I just have left the "easier" ones for posting
or to pop through letter boxes, etc............ about 60 ish to go. Time to get Vic Christmas out now I think!

I,ve made 69 in total but have none left as I,ve sold them all,,,now I need to start on 3 sets of orders and havent done any for me yet!!!!! My new neighbours
have had 40 and every one had to be personalised,lol they think they look posher that way,,,bless em.Elaine lucy told me off cause I only charged them £2 each
and every one is different all came from Joannas cds,but I,m happy and so are they. Lavender did you use FLOWERSOFT on your 1 card,,,rofl,,,,,love sue xxxxx

Since I only have to make about 15 x-mas cards a year I am not very "stressed" !!!! I make them in the beginning of December.
I am totally amazed, reading about the staggering amount of x-mas cards most of you seem to make!!!!!!!!!!! And that makes me very curious!!!! Part from family and friends, to whom do you make cards for???? The milk man? The Postie that brings the craft goods??? Britain is truly the cardmaking nation number one!!!!! I am very impressed. Evaxx ps. that is why I buy most of my craft goods from England... |
