Well I have taken the plunge again and rejoined slimming world.
I have gone to a different class to see if I get more inspiration from the new consultant. I am at my heaviest ever but will try not to fall off the wagon this time. Sarah xxx |

Good luck and I hope your consutant is as good as mine ,Keep us up to date on your progress .I have lost 4 stone 7 1/2 lbs in 18 months and still some way to
go .I sometimes have bad weeks but I go back to the club and keep plodding on

Good luck Sarah and well done for rejoining Slimming World. I know I couldnt have lost weight without the support I receive from the SW class I go to. Weigh in

Well I lost 3 1/2 lb at the first weigh in. Just got to keep at it but it is hard when I am at home all day with the boys during the holidays. If I can just be
semi good for the next 2 weeks I will be happy and then get right back into it when i am back at work. I am so busy at work that I do not really have time to
think about badness. As long as I prepare my lunch and remember to take it in, I am fine.

Well done so happy for you ,its so much harder with young ones around with all the treats we get in for them. good luck .
