Posts: 852 (30/07/2008 17:17:32) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None Hi everyone Boadicea here, now i don't intend to up-set anyone by saying this but next tuesday on IW/C&C from 9.30 at night and running all day wednesday there is going to be another craft day. We only had one last week and yet we have got another one next week. Do we really need another one so soon? This is just my oppinion but i think it would be better if we had one craft day every 2 or 3 months. Love and best wishes Andrewxxx

I usually watch them as well but now I find they aren't doing so many demos and the presenters are going OTT with their patter. I know they have to sell but I've never known it be as bad as lately. Is itI wonder because the less demos they do the less cards they have to send out? I feel glad for the peeps who only have freeview that there are now more craft shows on IW. Sandra

I love watching demos but unfortunately there aren't enough of them. I got fed up the other day having to wait 20mins (while they talk) for the first demo and then they had the cheek to say they wished they could show more demos. Then there's the - We've got lots of demos - which usually translates to we'll get three done if you're lucky. I think the shows on C+C that aren't on IW are far better and much more interesting, it's just a pity I can only watch on the computer and can't record them. If you want to learn something new craft day isn't going to be the best way of finding out, you need a workshop or DVD. Jan

Not saying I always buy anything mind as to be fair I don't order from create and craft etc I go direct to the suppliers ie like Joanna if I can. OH would say oh no not another one but while he's at work it's background noise for me if you know what I mean. I love having the craft shows on you get great ideas and I would be lost without them. I dont always buy but it can often be a good time to get tape pens and such like if its free p & p. Julie x

I think it was yesterday (old age, oops) It was kits of trifold pocket cards, might have been a pick of the week, now I think about it, but the presenter let the crafter talk about her own products, let her do the demos and explain what she was doing. It was a blonde presenter, I haven't seen doing a lot of craft shows. It wasn't frenetic. She said calmly that a product was limited then that it was sold out. Lovely. Alison

All those on during the days are wasted on me as I'm at work! Just wish there were more demonstrations. I rarely buy, but good to see what's new and what's the trend! Jx

I tend to record most of them and then I can fast forward the bits I'm not interested in. Probably bought to much recently so am waiting for Joanna's new cd now. There are some great demos though. Posts: 1375 (30/07/2008 23:30:14) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	hmm, i am not too sure why suddenly they are having these crafts day, are they trying to outdo another channel that have craft days. to be honest i just wait and see what it is and if i like it i will buy and if i dont, i dont bother watching anymore. just been watching the craft clearance of QVC today. i did like a few things but i have been buying quite a few things recently so i was careful what i brought today, which in the end was nothing. i had a smile to myself today. on qvc someone rang in to praise their customer service which i can say is good as well. the presenter said one of their reasons it is good is because it is- cant remember the right words but he meant was,the customer service was based in this country. then yesterday i heard a presenter say on create and craft that although they were not the only craft channel but they were the only one that brings craft 24 hours. he was having a dig. i dont care, i will watch what i want and can soon turn the channel over and watch a film love juneb
