Off to Tesco's this morning then the ironing and finally making THE WEDDING card for my son and his soon to be wife. Trouble is I can't make up my mind what to do. I have a lovely decoupage but how do I make it special. What did you do for any of your children's weddings. Help would be appreciated. Hey the sun has just come out but they say it will rain this afternoon. Hope you all have a good day. Chrissie x

It is quite dull in my corner of Northants today and comfortably cool as well, though last night was a bit sticky!! Have to go out and do the church printing then pick up a couple of bits and prescriptions to take away tomorrow. Will have to do some h*******k when I get in, Andrew will be home some of the time but I need to leave the house tidy and he will make sure it is the same for us to come home to. Hope that the hot weather doesn't bother you too much today Mary. Will be back here later this afternoon Take care Kate x

Sorry Kate couldn't let you be the 'killer' especially as your going on holiday. So guess what I did. Just thought you would like to know the postman has just been and there was a postcard from Jean (Old trout). She's having a wonderful time and says 'Off to a wine tasting tonight and a casino on Thursday(tonight) night. Say Hello to all the girls for me. Missing you all. It's raining really heavily here now, wonder if we're going to have some thunder before long! Nice to hear from Jean, trust her to be going to a wine tasting event!! I went up to see a "crafty" friend this afternoon, and we cut out a fan template and a box to put it in. Might come in very useful!! My friend has so much stuff, it's like having a craft store to play in!! Mary x

Tesco's, ironing and trying to put together a wedding card for a civil ceremony (not my son's wedding) still hoping you might have a suggestion or two for his. I haven't ever seen a wii. I did add a little bit to it, but as I made all the invites, I ran out of time for the card! Then for their first anniversary, I did them a memory album. Mary x

I have been playing with the idea of doing a book-a-trix. I have a beautiful decoupage which I thought I could put on one side and I like your suggestion of putting their names, the date etc on the other. They are a very modern couple in their early thirties. I do have Joanna's Victorian Romance and use it often but not sure it is them. I am being asked to do a reading at the service so I thought I would put that in it also. If I use three pages that should be possible. Thanks Adele it's beginning to fall into place now. Chrissie x

I am fine thank you all, toe is much better going yellow now and not painful. It has just started raining here - has been a really hot day but cloudy and dark, looks like a thunder storm maybe it will clear the air.
