Hi Jan, good to see you again. You're right it does seem to be slowing. Would be great to see if we can keep going until Hazel returns. So long as she
isn't the 'Killer@ of course. It's Carol's birthday. If she has nothing to do this evening there may be a party on the naughty step.
Linda's baking a cake and I'm bringing the wine and cranberry juice. Hope to catch you later.

Thought you had got rid of me girls!!
After an awful drive we arrived in Glasgow just after 7pm tonight. The M6 was awful, loads of traffic and stop start right up to the Lakes then heavy rain. But we are at Jenny's now and going out for a meal soon. Don't think I will get on again until we come back here in a couple of weeks. Behave yourselves!!! Kate x |

Hi girls, just got home from my holiday to Mull, well what can I say what a lovely week,....".not .".. it rained solid for four days
I am nearly waterlogged, still it was lovely, went to Iona to see the Abbey, It was a very rough ferry crossing and I was a bit worried about coming back but it was ok.....glad to see the thread is still going, I am off to see the other threads be back later.....Ann d xxx |

Hello girls, who's ready for a party then? I've got rose or chablis in the fridge, hubby has just made some sort of tarts and there's some birthday
cake left
 Also got the music (see below).
I've had a really relaxing and restful day although I had to pop into the office this afternoon for a while. Didn't get any crafting goodies but OH bought me a spa day for 3 or 3 spa days whichever I want, kids gave me a book, 70's CD and two lots of flowers, SIL gave me a flower basket, wine glasses and a bottle of wine, FIL gave me a hydrangea and M&S vouchers, got a lovely brooch off my friend and money off my Mum. I've also got about 24 of the most wonderful Sheenie birthday cards, it was a delight to open each and every one of them. So special thanks to Mary, Chrissie and Adele - your cards were truly gorgeous. Will try to upload a photo later when I've caught up with the rest of the threads.  Carol
