I have the Rockablocks but have been using them stamps backed with ez mount, I recently bought some new unmounted stamps and forgot to buy some ez mount duh
and was wondering whether you can use an repositionable spray adhesive or does it have to be the Crafters Companion stick and spray, don't want to damage
my rubber stamps or the the blocks ???

Try using a pritt stick (or other brand) if you want to use them asap.
As for repositionable sprays there are 2 kinds that are repositionable but only one is suitable. You need to check on the tins. One will allow repositioning several times and then bonds perminantely, the other (which is the one you want) is a temporary adhesive usually says its suitable for masking etc. Sometimes its hard to tell which is which unless the company do both and you can see them both on the shelf so as to tell which is which. |

I have the CC repositional spray to use with these blocks and sorry to say I don't rate it very highly at all

If you can find it Aleenes Tack it Over & Over glue is amazing. My ums from 10 years ago are still sticky enough to hold to the laminate & stamp with. Downside is that it's a nightmare to clean off of skin so wear rubber gloves while painting the backs of ums with it. Tack N Peel is good, you stick it to the block instead of the ums but you'd need a plain block for ezmounted/clear stamps. |
