Well I lost 2lb this week and I really did not deserve it.
Charlie had his first bad asthma attack last Tuesday night and I was up most of the night with him. That knocked me for a few days and when I'm tired I just eat c**p. I went on my exercise bike and for a run before weighin to sweat a bit of water out. I also wore shorts as my jeans are too heavy.
I have probably lost an extra 1lb to what I should have which will make it harder for me next week but I feel up for it both foodwise and exercise wise.
