Please can you help I have just brought from you the Kaleidoscope Kreator 2.0 and for the first time have not ripped it open and I read the back :- system
requirements.Windows XP with sp2 I am not sure if I have this, the sp2 I mean, before I open it is there any way you can help me, does it come in as a down
load on the disc or is it some other way, thank you Janet

If you go into help on the explorer toolbar and select 'about internet explorer', then 'system info' - it should tell you what operating system
and version number you have.

Hi Janet
To find out if your XP computer has SP 2 installed go to the Windows Control Panel and then System (If you can not see system then click on Switch to Classic View on the left) You should then see a screen like this :-
