Why is it that as soon as you email C&C and get their "we will answer within 7 days' email - that you order is dealt with!
I was furious that they had taken my money from the bank and given me a delivery date of 21 days later.
The order has been 'in progress' since July - I now see that the order has gone!
Its going straight back when it does arrive.
