I can't find a slimming club near me on the night I have free.
Has anyone successfully managed to lose weight with WW at Home? Think this is the only way I can proceed. Jan

oh sorry cant help there,,,i find i cannot diet but i lose weight through cycling and swimming ,which i am trying to get out to do more as im getting married
in march 09 and need to loose a couple of stone ,,good luck! xx jo xx

Does Slimming World still have red days and green days (been on the dieting circuit a long time I'm afraid!) or is it a bit like WW where you can eat
anything in moderation? I've just withdrawn from WW over the summer as I've never been at home, but loved their on-line option. I think WW is the one
for me - once my head is in the right gear - and that's not the easy bit!

Yes - still red and green days. I do all green as I am a vegetarian.

i am losing weight at home and have lost a stone in 6 weeks. jan, i am a vegetarian as well
