I normally avoid mentioning my weight/size but I really MUST do something about it as it isn't helping my back problem or health in general...in fact
ALL my joints hurt now, not to mention my feet and I have gone from someone who was slim and walked everywhere/went to the gym to hardly being able to walk

I need to lose 3 to 3 1/2 stones but really struggle as I am a comfort eater and every time I see a photo of the fat me, instead of it spurring me
on to lose weight I just eat more junk and end up bigger!!!!!! I know crafting should help but it doesn't....I just snack AFTER I have finished my cards!
