Dont worry im not doing any market research or trying to influence joanna lol, but i was just wondering what everyone would like to see on a papercraft cd?,
Iv had to do a lot of cards this week for men aged between 16 and 30 and iv been really struggling to find images to suit, id like to see a cd which includes
black and white images of classic cars, bikes and acholol related things lol and 50's and 60's american diner type images like signs, jukeboxes
ect...., i think they would be perfect for youger men.
So if you could have a cd with any type of images on, what would they be?

erm......... seriously though, some of the less popular sports - golf & football are fine but not everyone likes them. Oh - and nice dragons, elves, (thinking Lord of the Rings fantasy type stuff) ............... and nice pics for kids. C xx |

Actually Nicola, I'm with you. I have lots of men to make cards for in that age group -
 oops  . Not like that Sheenies!!!!!! Motorbikes, cars, jukeboxes etc would be great subjects.

Definately need things for men's cards and your right about needing other sports, my brothers an angler but a lot of the images you find are for fly
fishing and not course fishing. It would be nice to have a selection of toppers, tags, bookmarks and backing papers all in one place rather than a few here and
a few there. I also like the fantasy one as my son is into that sort of thing in a big way.

darts i am a big fan of the darts , i would love to see things no one else does like a picture of a baby on a potty i have serched for this and cant find its
the same oldthings on mens cds we dont get decoupage of a tank of tropical fish or tennis

I agree - can't get enough images for men's cards. Would also love lots of fantasy images, pirates and more medieval - princesses and castles, knights
etc.

the main problem with sporting images is that everyone wants modern or at least contemporary sportsmen and all the details like football teams etc are
copyright and all photos/artwork unless painted especially for us or licensed is copyright for 75 years - so we are struggling a lot with modern images of
stuff especially 50s stuff as that won't be out of copyright unless we find a special cache of stuff we can license which we ARE working on

Definitely need more men stuff - the dragons and fantasy stuff sounds good, after all we have lots of feminine fairy designs. Modern sports like bmx,
rollerblading and skateboarding, modern sports cars. Pirates sounded good too!

Teenage boys, there are a few stamps out there, but not many. I was stuck for a Congratulations on passing exams card yesterday. The boy's dad said he was
no longer into football or golf, he was turning into a techie. The only stuff I had like that was peel offs and didn't want to use them. Anyway, I did a
web search for downloadable templates and found an mp3 player, mobile phone and a jean' pocket. I used the mp3 but because the templates weren't very
big I mounted it onto an A5 card. Used black and white paper from Joanna's DWS and was really pleased with the result. I did take a couple of pics but not
put them onto the pc yet, hopefully will get that done today. So yeah boy teenager's including modern techie type stuff if possible, cos you can find loads
of stuff for teenage girls

Definitely mens images like darts, snooker, golf etc even funny images for everyone and I would love to have a verse editor type facility on a cd too.

A CD of inserts!!! I know I can go through and find them on various CD's, and I have the Verse Editor but I would love to have a CD that has ready made
inserts with good quality backing, lost leaf, etc.

I find I'm rarely stuck for images for men's cards as Jayne Mayhew provides the wildlife, American Frontier provides the cowboys and indians aspect;
Fashion boutique the gentleman aspect; oriental themes are always admired by guys too - in addition I have a load of wildlife , tall ships stamps etc. What I
would love is a CD with Indian images, their colourful weddings and costumes, their elephants etc and/or African images. Not asking for much am I perhaps I
should put my name down for the George Clooney one too he he
