Just to let you know that Paul is home, the Consultant and the Physio were very pleased with his progress so I fetched him this morning. He obviously has a big
list of do's and don'ts but his happy to be back in his own armchair and bed. There's nothing like the comfort of your own home.
I have to change his dressing every 2-3 days and keep a close eye out for any sign of infection, but fingers crossed all will be well. His stitches will be taken out next Monday by the practice nurse and his follow up with the consultant in 6 weeks.
