I am so pleased that your sister has been given the chance of good health, but I think we should also a remember in our prayers the the family and the person
who made the donation of life. They must be suffering greatly at their loss.

I was just thinking the same thing Jeanne.
Wonderful news for your sister, and prayers for a successful op. and better future. Prayers too for the donor's family at a difficult time, and for the very generous wishes of the Donor. We can all register as Donors to offer more people a chance like this, through tragedy. I am registered. love elaine xx |

Thanks for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. My niece has just rung my sister has had all the test should get the results about 7pm and if
everything is ok she goes for the operation about 9-10pm and if the operation goe smoothly it takes about 5hours.

My very best wishes for your sister. I have a friend who is waiting for a transplant. And yes, I'm on the donor register (and a regular blood donor -
coming up to my 60th donation in October).
