I tried to place an order 11 times with no luck as i kept saying the website is in a overload. I do think this is very bad and i have complained to ideal world ,i cant use a phone as i am deaf and can only order on a computer. I think it is time they have sorted this out by now. There are alot of people like me that gets very angry all the time so i feel i must help them if i can. Thankyou for letting me have a moan christine from plymouth

I gave up and seriously doubt whether I'll try again I am so utterly sickened by I W and C&C I could use a telephone but I refuse to pay the telephone bill for the privelage. I'm only one customer, do they really care,? I doubt it!

I appear to have been extremely lucky as I managed to order twice with very little trouble except for a very slow system. Lavender XX

Posts: 234 (29/08/2007 01:23:22) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I managed to order on the IW website after 12 attempts on the C&C one, & then later I couldnt get back online anywhere so I had a go with the infirst number it let me get right to the end before telling me the was a problem & I would have to try later it took 3 goes before that order went through I think the calls must have cost me more than the p&p would have. Then when I went onto my account on C&C the order is all wrong & there are items in it I didnt even look at let alone order & when I emailed they said just sent them back when they arrive but in their favour they have given me a FREEPOST address so I dont have to pay the postage. I only order now when there is Free P&P. Ness x

And I rang and told them to cancel it over a week ago because I was fed up of waiting. I shall keep it now it has come, though, but that's not what I call swift delivery or good Customer Service, because they ignored my cancellation of the order. Anne

I keep checking my order status on the other two, hopefully they'll be despatched today! Elaine x

Which was really frustrating. The thing is we don't always get the chance to watch the shows on bank hols due to Hubbys losing the will to live. This is the time we need the internet to get the codes. In the end I had to phone but that left me stressed out of my head. I've said this before and I want to point out that I am in no way racist however I find it very very difficult to be understand by create and craft operators. I'm quite sure it's my accent too although I am quite well pronounced (more so when on the phone) Sometimes these people really can't understand the point we are trying to make, especially when there is a problem .....like them not taking off my membership discount.
