To Play a dvd on a computer you need a DVD drive, some DVD playing software/program and the necessary codec. By the sound of it you either have not got and DVD playing software or are missing the codec to play a DVD. If you have DVD player connected to the TV this would be the best solution - otherwise check your computer to see if you have any DVD software - if you have then quite often it will go search for the necessary codec it needs if you are connected to the Internet - with out being there not sure what else to say Maybe Mike the Computer Man could offer better advise on this one Richard |

Richard's comment about having a DVD in your computer made me smile - but is worth checking out. Some computers don't have DVD's. If you don't
have one - they are cheap enough to buy and very easy to fit.
Another thing to try is to download and install the XP codec pack from this website : http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Codec_Pack_All_in_1.htm Mike - thecomputerman |

Hi. Rosie, the disck's I have of Joanna's are not DVD's they are CD's. It sounds as if autorun is not working or not set up on your
computer,Not to worry. Put the disc in the disc drive, then do the following. Click the start button, then click MY COMPUTER found on the right hand side of the
box that appeared. LEFT click on this and it will show you the different drives on your computer. Look for the one that says CD drive or DVD drive it may also
have the name of the disc showing eg. Enchanted Christmas or whichever one you are to open. RIGHT click and a list will drop down, LEFT click OPEN, and the
disc should run. Hope this is of help.
