I've seen the error of quite a lot of my ways, Anne, and am delighted to say so too. As said I have had a lot of help by showing a couple of my cards on here, but I've also explained how I did something in PagePlus by showing one and showed that I'd mastered another card type by doing so. I've actually got and given in equal measure by doing it and it didn't take me long to realise how I'd been taught to see showing the work I'd done without being asked to (although I was asked to show the first card I showed on here, but I can't remember who by now) being labelled as showing off was plain daft. Yes, it can be with some people, but most people who do it are not doing that at all. I had a very just so education at boarding school and it's taken me a long time to shake off some of the ideas the staff left me with, despite the fact I hated the place and what it tried to make me. It didn't take me long to shake off the teaching that having money makes a person better than someone who hasn't, though. I was rebelling against that while I was still there. Anyway, I've gone off topic a bit too much so I'll leave it there. I've done too much reliving of my, somewhat barbaric, schooldays recently and the emotions really don't need it.
