I certainly sympathise with you Irene and don't know how you are going to resolve this and I speak from experience.
When I worked at the care home, we used to get the medication for all the residents, delivered once a month and it all had to be checked. It was amazing how much of it was wrong and on the whole it was always the same. What became more frustrating was that Boots started to deliver the new months medication late on a Friday night which meant that when we checked it and notified them things were wrong on the Saturday, they could never get the missing medications to us before sometime on Monday.(if we were lucky) Not good at all when the new months medications were to be administered from Monday morning. It was like banging your head against a brick wall. I retired 2 years ago and when speaking with friends who still work there, the problems are the same, so don't hold your breath Irene.
