Well I rang QVC after leaving a review (which hasn't appeared because I hadn't got the item number! duh!!) and the chap said they had only got
5 star reviews and as far as he was aware no complaints. I told him he was looking at the wrong pages, and read out a handful of the reviews where people had been SO disappointed and were either sending them back or vowing not to buy again. I told him it was pointless putting reviews on if no one was going to take any notice, and he said that was all done by an "outside company!"??
I knew I was too late to either return them or get my money back, but I thought they should be made aware of how bad the  Stix too  have been.

I ordered some from ebay a couple of days ago and was quite dismayed to see this morning when they arrived that they were also StixToo, the picture hadn't shown any writing on the item.  I sent a message to the seller saying about the trouble I'd had, and also that I wouldn't have ordered them had I known whose they were.  HOWEVER I checked my 10 sheets (1mm.................thickness for £4.59p) and they were all fine.
Next thing, my phone rang, and it was the seller from ebay, who told me she'd had a couple of complaints in the past, and HER suppliers told her they'd been overglued, BUT because she had received complaints, she now checks randomly through her sheets when they arrive to make sure they're ok.
It just shows how much profit the big shops can make on the basics we use. These sheets are £1.20 from my local Hobbycraft, and this lady is selling the same item at less than 46p per sheet, and she's not selling for love is she? Anyway, I thought I would tell you my findings. xx
