I waited that long for DoCrafts to come back to me, I've sent the CD's back to C & C and asked for a refund, whether or not I'll get one is another matter, but I sent printed pages highlighting the faults back with the CD's.

I must say in this instance C & C worked very quickly and sent me a freepost address so that I didn't have to pay the return postage.

It's in the hands of C & C now but I must say I am very disappointed with the service from DoCrafts especially with the price they charge for the CD's in the first place
