Hello, ladies

I'm new to the forum and I hope you don't mind me joining you on the slimming forum.
I would just like to try and encourage you all to stick at it and be successful.  I joined WW in june 2010 and reached my target 2 weeks ago.  I have lost 6st 4 lbs and went from a size 22 to a size 10 and boy oh boy do I feel better for it!!.  I know it can be difficult at times but you have to stay focused. There were a few weeks when I gained weight, when I couldn't understand why, as I had been sticking ridgedly to my propoint allocation but I just carried on doing the same for the following  week and then the weight  loss would start again. It can be swings and roundabouts and if you know you are being good, just stick with it and the weight WILLcome off.  I don't look upon it as a diet but a lifestyle change.  The way I look at it is, the foods I ate prior to joining WW made me the way I was and I needed to change that.  Now I think I enjoy my food even more now than I did back then.  I really hope that my success will inspire you on and you too can reach your goal and be healthier for it.  Come on ladies you can do it!!!!
