It's the 'silly things' that catch you out most of the time ....something happens, you turn round or pick up the phone to tell them but, there's no-one there.

The thing that hit me most when mum died, nine years ago next month, was the realisation that I was now 'head' of our family! Any BIG family decisions were going to be on my shoulders to sort out.
Dad died 25 years ago next Easter. Just like chell it's heartbreaking for neither of them not to see my grandchildren as they would have idolised them both.
